How Kitty’s Obsession with the Written Word Began…
Kitty grew up in a home that was chaotic and felt the sting of reality all too often as a child. Books became more than her friends; they became her escape from the real world. Portals to other worlds where she could go on epic quests, meet sidekicks and handsome princes, and wield her own form of magic.
Now, as an adult, Kitty Fields immerses herself in all things fantasy and dark romance. If she could live in a moss-blanketed cemetery or the ruins of a Medieval castle, she would. Some of her favorite authors and biggest literary influences include Alice Hoffman, JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis, and Anne Rice.
